Water damage at the library renovation site

The water damage area is in the stairwell on the first floor and in the adjoining kitchen, as well as in the downstairs, upper and lower floors.

Wet structures are stone structures. The water damage area is limited and work will continue normally in the rest of the construction area.

The water damage area will be investigated, the structures will be dried and the damaged structures and coatings will be completely renewed so that the effects of the water damage will be removed and the building will be healthy and safe to use for its users.

The effects on the project schedule will be specified after the investigation is completed.
